    In the world of Indian stand-up comedy, crowd work segments often create viral moments. One such incident from a Pranit More show has sparked massive online debate. The clip, widely referred to as the “Rs 370 Biryani” controversy, led to a young Gurugram web developer losing his job.

    What Happened at the Pranit More Show?

    During a recent Pranit More show, comedian Pranit More interacted with the audience in a crowd-work segment. Himanshu Jangra, a 23-year-old web developer from Gurugram, came on stage and shared a personal dating story.

    He mentioned spending around ₹370 on chicken biryani for a woman on a date. When she asked him to drop her home, he joked about needing to “vasool” (recover) his money — implying he expected physical intimacy in return for the expense. The audience laughed during the performance, and Pranit More even rewarded him with prize money, calling it “Peak Gurgaon content.”

    A short clip of the exchange soon went viral on social media, triggering widespread criticism for promoting entitlement and undermining consent.

    Pranit More also faced backlash for laughing along and initially amplifying the moment. He later issued an apology, acknowledging it as poor judgment and removing the content from his platforms.

    R Praggnanandhaa : Norway Chess 2026 Champion – India’s New Chess Superstar Conquers Carlsen’s Backyard

    In one of the most dramatic finishes in recent elite chess history, Rameshbabu Praggnanandhaa has etched his name into the annals of the game by winning the Norway Chess 2026 title. The 20-year-old Indian Grandmaster became the first Indian ever to claim victory in this prestigious super-tournament’s 14-year history, triumphing on Magnus Carlsen’s home soil in Oslo.

    Praggnanandhaa finished with 18/30 points, topping a formidable field that included World No. 1 Magnus Carlsen, World Champion D. Gukesh, Alireza Firouzja, Wesley So, and other elite players. He sealed the title with a must-win classical victory over Vincent Keymer in the final round, completing an astonishing four-game classical winning streak.

    The Comeback That Stunned the World

    Mid-tournament, Praggnanandhaa faced setbacks and found himself trailing. But true champions rise under pressure — and Pragg delivered in spectacular fashion.

    In a remarkable June resurgence, he won all four of his remaining classical games, defeating top players including Alireza Firouzja, Magnus Carlsen (twice during the event), D. Gukesh, and Vincent Keymer in the decisive final round. This wasn’t just a win; it was a powerful statement. Trailing by half a point before the last round, Pragg produced clutch performances when it mattered most, finishing a full point ahead of his closest rivals.

    Prize Money & Emotional Moments

    For this historic victory, Praggnanandhaa earned 700,000 Norwegian Kroner (approximately ₹70.5 lakh). The emotional high was visible as Pragg admitted he “couldn’t realize” the magnitude of the achievement immediately after the final game.

    Adding to the joy, his sister IM Vaishali Rameshbabu also won a women’s title on the same day, creating a memorable double celebration for the Rameshbabu family and Indian chess.

    What This Means for Indian Chess

    India is experiencing a golden era in chess. With D. Gukesh as the reigning World Champion and Praggnanandhaa rapidly rising, the new generation is ready to take on the world. Pragg’s win on Norwegian soil sends a clear message: Indian chess has arrived at the highest level, and the Indian flag is now firmly planted on the global chessboard.

    Iran War Update : Hostilities Flare as Oil Prices Jump Amid Stalemate in US-Iran Talks

    The latest Iran war update shows rising tensions in the Persian Gulf as fresh hostilities have broken out, pushing oil prices higher while diplomatic talks remain locked in a stalemate.

    Latest Developments in the Iran War

    In the past 48 hours, Iran launched missiles toward targets in the Gulf region, including areas near Bahrain and Kuwait. Most projectiles were intercepted by US and allied defenses. In response, the United States conducted targeted strikes on Iranian facilities, including a ground control station on Qeshm Island in the Strait of Hormuz.

    Iran War Update : Hostilities Flare as Oil Prices Jump Amid Stalemate in US-Iran Talks

    This marks another flare-up in the Iran war that began on February 28, 2026, with US and Israeli strikes on Iranian nuclear and military sites. Although a fragile ceasefire was established in early April, the conflict has remained active around the critical Strait of Hormuz, which has been largely closed to commercial shipping for weeks.

    Oil Prices Surge on Renewed Risks

    Oil prices jumped more than 1% in early trading on June 3 following the latest incidents. The ongoing disruption in the Strait of Hormuz — responsible for roughly 20% of global oil and LNG shipments — continues to create supply concerns and market volatility. Analysts note that prolonged instability in the region could lead to even higher energy costs worldwide.

    Diplomacy Stuck at a Stalemate

    US-Iran talks are currently at a standstill. While both sides have signaled interest in reaching an agreement, recent military exchanges have slowed progress. Core issues under discussion include reopening the Strait of Hormuz, restrictions on Iran’s nuclear program, sanctions relief, and de-escalation involving regional proxies.

    The Iran war update highlights a situation of calculated pressure from both sides, with no immediate breakthrough in sight.

    Iran-Israel-US War Update : Trump’s Peace Deal Talks Raise Hopes of Ceasefire in Middle East

    The ongoing Iran-Israel-US War has entered a critical phase as reports of a possible peace deal and temporary ceasefire have sparked global attention. According to international reports, backchannel talks involving the United States, Iran, and regional allies are currently underway to prevent further escalation in the Middle East conflict.

    The latest developments come amid rising tensions in the Strait of Hormuz, growing fears of a global oil crisis, and increasing military activity across the region.

    What Triggered the Iran-Israel-US War?

    The current conflict intensified after a series of military strikes and counterattacks involving Iran, Israel, and the United States earlier this year. The situation became more serious after attacks on strategic military facilities and increased naval deployment in the Persian Gulf.

    Iran later tightened control around the Strait of Hormuz, one of the world’s most important oil shipping routes, creating concerns about global energy supplies and international trade.

     Trump Peace Deal Talks Gain Attention

    One of the biggest developments in the Iran-Israel-US War is the possibility of a peace agreement reportedly being discussed through diplomatic channels.

    Reports suggest the proposed deal may include:

    * A temporary 60-day ceasefire
    * Reduced military operations in the Gulf region
    * Reopening of shipping access through the Strait of Hormuz
    * International monitoring of regional security operations

    Former U.S. President Donald Trump has reportedly been involved in discussions related to the peace proposal, although no official agreement has been finalized yet.

    Iran-Israel-US War Update

    Why Strait of Hormuz Matters

    The Strait of Hormuz is considered one of the most critical oil trade routes in the world. Nearly 20% of global oil transportation passes through this narrow waterway.

    Any disruption in the region directly impacts:

    * Global oil prices
    * Fuel supply chains
    * International shipping routes
    * Stock markets worldwide

    Experts warn that prolonged conflict in the area could lead to a major global economic impact.

    Global Reactions to the Middle East Conflict

    Several countries, including China, Russia, and European nations, have urged both sides to avoid further escalation and focus on diplomacy. The United Nations has also called for immediate de-escalation, warning that a larger regional war could destabilize the global economy and create a humanitarian crisis.

    Pakistan and Regional Security Concerns

    Reports have also indicated increased military preparedness in neighboring countries, including Pakistan, as tensions continue to rise in the Middle East. Security analysts believe the conflict could affect multiple countries in the region if diplomatic efforts fail.

    Oil Prices and Economic Impact

    The ongoing Iran-Israel-US War has already caused fluctuations in crude oil prices. Investors and global markets are closely monitoring developments related to the Strait of Hormuz and possible ceasefire talks.

    Economic experts say that any prolonged disruption could affect fuel prices, transportation costs, and inflation across many countries.

    Is the War Nearing an End?

    While peace negotiations have raised hopes of stability, officials say the situation remains highly sensitive. Military forces in the region remain on alert, and no final ceasefire agreement has been officially announced.

    However, diplomatic discussions are being viewed as a positive step toward reducing tensions and preventing a larger conflict.

    Indian Hydrogen Train : Indian Railways Approves First Indigenous Hydrogen Train on Jind-Sonipat Route

    Indian Hydrogen Train : In a major step toward green and sustainable transportation, Indian Railways has approved the launch of India’s first indigenous hydrogen-powered train on the Jind-Sonipat route in Haryana. The project marks a significant milestone in the country’s push for eco-friendly railway technology.

    According to the Ministry of Railways, the hydrogen fuel cell-based train is expected to begin operations soon under the Northern Railway zone.

    India’s First Hydrogen-Powered Train

    The newly approved train will feature a 10-coach DEMU (Diesel Electric Multiple Unit) configuration powered by a 1200 KW hydrogen fuel cell propulsion system. The train will operate at a maximum speed of 75 kmph on the dedicated Jind-Sonipat section.

    This initiative places India among a select group of countries, including Germany, Japan, China, and the United States, that are actively exploring hydrogen-powered rail transportation.

    Indian Hydrogen Train
    Indian Hydrogen Train

    How Indian Hydrogen Train Technology Works

    Hydrogen fuel cell technology generates electricity through a chemical reaction using hydrogen. Unlike diesel engines, the process produces only water vapor as emission, making it a clean and environmentally friendly alternative for railway transportation.

    The train uses Distributed Power Rolling Stock (DPRS) technology, where power systems are distributed across the coaches instead of relying on a separate locomotive. This improves energy efficiency and operational performance.

    Why the Jind-Sonipat Route Was Selected

    The Jind-Sonipat route in Haryana has been chosen as the pilot corridor for the hydrogen train project. Indian Railways has also established an indigenous hydrogen storage and refueling facility at Jind to support operations.

    Officials confirmed that the Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organisation (PESO) has already approved hydrogen storage and dispensing operations at the site. Advanced safety systems, including hydrogen leak detectors and flame monitoring sensors, have also been installed for secure operations.

    A Big Boost for Green Transportation

    The hydrogen train project is part of Indian Railways’ broader strategy to reduce dependence on fossil fuels and support India’s clean energy goals. The move is expected to help lower carbon emissions while promoting sustainable public transportation across the country.

    Railway experts believe this project could open the door for more hydrogen-powered trains in the future if the pilot operations are successful.
