Awareness activities held during the week

The programme began on September 1 with an online poster competition on “Prevention of Spinal Cord Injuries” and a slogan competition on “Yes, We Can.”

On September 2, members of the Spine Team at Sri Balaji Action Medical Institute conducted a Nukkad Natak to communicate messages related to injury prevention and spinal cord injury awareness through community theatre.

The September 3 pre-event included talks on spinal cord injury awareness, an inclusive dance performance, a Nukkad Natak and wheelchair activities. An online panel discussion later in the day focused on the medical, psychological and social aspects of life after spinal cord injury, including rehabilitation, mental well-being, social participation and quality of life.

A webinar titled “The Power of the Mind” is being held on September 4, focusing on psychological recovery, resilience and adaptation following spinal cord injury.

Wheelchair rally planned for September 5

As part of the campaign, a wheelchair rally is scheduled to be held on September 5 in the North Campus of the University of Delhi.

The rally will start from Shri Ram College of Commerce at 10:30 am and conclude at St. Stephen’s College. According to the organisers, more than 350 participants, including around 100 wheelchair users and 250 able-bodied participants, are expected to take part.

The rally is aimed at promoting inclusion, accessibility, road safety and awareness about spinal cord injury prevention.

The organisers have also planned an audio-visual presentation on spinal cord injury prevention later in the evening.

Sports, health camp and cultural programme on September 6

A larger programme is scheduled for September 6 at the National Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) Auditorium, where more than 500 people, including over 100 wheelchair users, are expected to participate.

An Inclusive Health Check-up Camp will be held from 10 am to 1 pm, offering health screening and consultations for wheelchair users and other participants.

The health camp will be followed by wheelchair sporting activities from 2 pm to 3:30 pm. The events will include Wheelchair Table Tennis, Boccia, Wheelchair Racing and Wheelchair Hurdles.

A cultural programme is scheduled from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm, featuring wheelchair dance performances and professional wheelchair stunt demonstrations.

According to the organisers, the programme is intended to highlight the role of sports, culture and community participation in rehabilitation and improving the quality of life of people living with spinal cord injuries. The event will also be streamed live.

    Focus on prevention and rehabilitation

Dr Harvinder Singh Chhabra, Chief of the Spine and Rehabilitation Centre at Sri Balaji Action Medical Institute, President of the Spinal Cord Society, Chairman of the Spine Wellness & Care Foundation and Coordinator for National Injury Prevention Week, said the campaign aims to reinforce the message that many injuries, including spinal cord injuries, can be prevented.

“Many injuries, including spinal cord injuries, can be prevented, and when they do occur, people can rebuild their lives through timely medical care, comprehensive rehabilitation and sustained social support,” he said.

Dr Chhabra said Spinal Cord Injury Day was conceptualised to create awareness about prevention while also highlighting that people who sustain spinal cord injuries can lead happy, meaningful and fulfilling lives with appropriate medical management and rehabilitation.

He also stressed the need for early intervention, wider access to rehabilitation and an environment that enables people with spinal cord injuries to live with dignity, independence and purpose.

    Road safety message

Road safety is also an important part of the injury prevention campaign.

According to data reported by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH), 16,397 people were killed in road accidents in 2021 due to not wearing seat belts. The figure included 8,438 drivers and 7,959 passengers.

The organisers said such figures highlight the importance of simple preventive measures, including consistent use of seat belts and greater awareness of road safety.

National Injury Prevention Week to conclude on September 7

The week-long campaign is scheduled to conclude on September 7 with a webinar focusing on injury prevention.

The initiative seeks to shift the conversation around spinal cord injuries beyond medical treatment alone, with greater emphasis on rehabilitation, accessibility, social participation and inclusion.

By bringing together healthcare professionals, people with disabilities, caregivers, students, volunteers and the wider community, the campaign aims to promote safer environments and support people living with spinal cord injuries in leading independent and meaningful lives.

Rahul Tiwari Joins PwC as Associate Director – Strategy & Transformation, Marking a Major Career Milestone

Rahul (Kumar) Tiwari has been appointed as Associate Director – Strategy & Transformation at PwC, marking a significant milestone in a career spanning more than 11 years across corporate strategy, marketing, sales, business growth and transformation.

The move represents a natural progression in Rahul’s professional journey—from driving strategic initiatives and business growth within leading companies to now helping organisations navigate complex strategy and transformation challenges from a consulting perspective.

From Pidilite to PwC: A Strong Strategy and Leadership Journey

Before joining PwC, Rahul spent more than eight years with Pidilite Industries Limited, where he took on several strategic and leadership responsibilities.

He served as Senior Manager – Corporate Strategy in the Vice Chairman’s Office and later as Senior Manager – Corporate Strategy in the MD’s Office. Earlier, he worked as Manager – Category Development & Channel Strategy and Branch Manager.

His experience at Pidilite covered a broad spectrum of business priorities, including business and growth strategy, go-to-market (GTM), transformation, M&A, portfolio strategy, category development, market intelligence, marketing and channel strategy.

This combination of strategic planning and hands-on business exposure has given Rahul a strong understanding of how large organisations build, execute and transform their growth strategies.

Building Commercial and Brand Expertise at Piramal Enterprises

Prior to Pidilite, Rahul was associated with Piramal Enterprises Limited, where he worked as Area Business Manager & Assistant Brand Manager and Management Trainee.

During this phase of his career, he gained valuable experience across brand strategy, sales, new product development, consumer research, distribution and 360-degree marketing.

He was also involved in the marketing strategy for i-pill, adding significant consumer and brand-management experience to his professional profile.

A Career Built Across Strategy, Marketing and Growth

Rahul’s early professional journey included marketing and sales projects with organisations such as Procter & Gamble, Haldiram Snacks Pvt. Ltd., Campusdais and Reliance Communications Ltd.

These diverse experiences helped him develop a career profile that goes beyond a single functional area. His journey brings together commercial leadership, corporate strategy, marketing, sales, transformation and business growth—a combination that has increasingly become critical for organisations operating in competitive and rapidly changing markets.

Taking Industry Experience into Consulting Leadership

At PwC, Rahul will bring this extensive industry experience to a consulting environment, where he will work on strategy, transformation and growth-related challenges.

His transition is particularly notable because of the perspective he brings from having worked inside major businesses. Rather than strategy being limited to frameworks and analysis, his experience has involved working closely with business functions and leadership teams to drive strategic initiatives and growth.

This industry-tested perspective can add significant value when organisations are looking to translate strategic priorities into measurable business outcomes.

From Driving Strategy Within Businesses to Advising Organisations

Rahul Tiwari’s career reflects a clear evolution—from marketing and sales roles to brand management, category and channel strategy, corporate strategy, transformation and senior strategic leadership.

His appointment as Associate Director – Strategy & Transformation at PwC marks the next phase of that journey, placing his cross-functional experience at the centre of a broader consulting mandate. With more than a decade of experience across leading organisations, Rahul now enters a role where his understanding of strategy, commercial growth and business transformation can help organisations address their next phase of growth. The move to PwC therefore stands as more than a new designation—it represents the transition of an industry practitioner into a strategic consulting leadership role, backed by years of experience across some of the most critical functions driving modern businesses.

Dr. Yatendra Singh: The Face of Compassionate Public Healthcare in Noida

A Government Doctor Who Earned Public Trust Through Service, Leadership and Compassion

Noida: In the rapidly expanding urban landscape of Noida, where thousands of families depend on government healthcare every day, a few doctors have succeeded in creating an identity that goes far beyond their official designation. Among them, Dr. Yatendra Singh, Medical Superintendent of Community Health Centre (CHC), Bhangel, stands out as a physician-administrator whose commitment to public service has earned widespread respect from patients, public representatives and senior government officials alike.

Born in Hathras, Uttar Pradesh, Dr. Singh belongs to a family that has dedicated generations to the medical profession. His grandfather, Dr. S.K. Singh, graduated from the prestigious King George’s Medical College (KGMC) in 1937, while his father Dr. D.K. Singh completed his MD in Radiology in 1965. Continuing the family’s legacy, his wife Dr. Ruchi Gupta, an MS (Obstetrics & Gynaecology), serves as Chief Medical Officer (NFSG), CGHS.

Dr. Singh completed his MBBS from Sarojini Naidu Medical College, Agra (2001 Batch) and later pursued his Junior Residency at GNEC, Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi. He joined the Uttar Pradesh Provincial Medical Services (UPPMS) in 2010 as a Medical Officer and, through dedication and administrative excellence, was appointed Medical Superintendent of CHC Bhangel in 2018.

Today, with over 17 years of public healthcare experience, Dr. Singh has become one of the most respected government doctors in Gautam Buddh Nagar.

Transforming CHC Bhangel into a Model Healthcare Centre

When Dr. Yatendra Singh assumed charge, CHC Bhangel was already catering to a large population. Under his leadership, however, the hospital witnessed remarkable improvements in patient services, hospital management, sanitation, emergency response, maternal healthcare and administrative efficiency.

His emphasis has always been simple yet effective—“Every patient deserves dignity, timely treatment and compassionate care.”

Patients visiting the hospital frequently speak about the accessibility of the Medical Superintendent himself. Despite administrative responsibilities, Dr. Singh is known for personally interacting with patients, resolving grievances and ensuring that treatment is not delayed because of procedural hurdles.

Several residents from Bhangel, Sector 110, Salarpur, Gejha, Barola and surrounding areas describe him as a doctor who remains approachable and solution-oriented, especially for economically

weaker families relying entirely on government healthcare.

    Leadership During the COVID-19 Crisis

Perhaps the defining chapter of Dr. Singh’s career came during the COVID-19 pandemic.

At a time when the healthcare system across the country was under unprecedented pressure, CHC Bhangel emerged as one of Gautam Buddh Nagar’s most active frontline institutions.

Under Dr. Singh’s leadership, the hospital successfully managed COVID screening, testing, vaccination, patient care and continuity of essential health services without compromising emergency medical care for non-COVID patients.

His administrative capabilities during this difficult period earned appreciation from senior bureaucrats and healthcare administrators.

Former Divisional Commissioner Tanvir Zafar Ali (Retd. IAS) praised Dr. Singh as an administrator capable of running an efficient government medical centre with exceptional professionalism.

Similarly, former Gautam Buddh Nagar District Magistrate Suhas L.Y. (IAS) commended his sincerity, integrity, crisis management skills and contribution towards strengthening healthcare delivery during the pandemic.

These official letters of appreciation remain a testimony to his leadership when the district needed it the most.

    Awards and Public Recognition

Over the years, Dr. Yatendra Singh has received recognition from:

    • Gautam Buddh Nagar District Administration
    • District Magistrates
    • Senior IAS Officers
    • Members of Parliament
    • MLAs
    • Public representatives
    • Social organisations
    • Medical associations

Under his supervision, CHC Bhangel has also earned recognition for quality healthcare initiatives and public service, including the prestigious Kayakalp Award, reflecting sustained improvements in cleanliness, patient care and hospital management.

    Beyond Administration: A People’s Doctor

Those who know Dr. Singh often describe him as a doctor first and an administrator later.

Hospital staff credit him for building a culture of teamwork, discipline and accountability.

Patients appreciate his willingness to listen.

Social workers acknowledge his support for community health awareness programmes, blood donation drives, vaccination campaigns and public welfare initiatives.

For many residents, CHC Bhangel has become more than just a government hospital—it has become a dependable healthcare institution where people believe they will be heard.

    A Voice from Civil Society

Sharing his views on Dr. Yatendra Singh’s contribution, Dr. Vikas Raj Tiwari, Senior Journalist, Founder-President of Feel The Change Foundation, said:

“In journalism, we routinely highlight shortcomings in public institutions because accountability matters. Equally important is recognising individuals who consistently strengthen those institutions through their work. Dr. Yatendra Singh has demonstrated that committed leadership can transform a government healthcare facility into a place where people feel respected and cared for. His accessibility, administrative discipline and patient-centric approach have earned him credibility not merely through awards, but through the confidence of thousands of families who depend on CHC Bhangel. Such officers deserve appreciation because they set a benchmark for public service.”

    An Institution Built on Trust

Healthcare is not measured only by buildings or infrastructure; it is measured by the confidence people place in the system.

Over nearly two decades of public service, Dr. Yatendra Singh has shown that professionalism, compassion and administrative excellence can coexist in government healthcare.

For thousands of residents across Noida and Greater Noida, he is not merely the Medical Superintendent of CHC Bhangel—he has become a symbol of dependable public healthcare, proving that dedicated leadership can make government institutions stronger and communities healthier.

India’s “HappyMe Machine” Gains Attention, Could Lead a New Era of Mental Wellness

New Delhi: In today’s fast-paced and stressful lifestyle, people are constantly searching for simple ways to stay calm, focused, and happy. In the middle of this growing need, a new Indian innovation called the “HappyMe  Machine” is now attracting attention as a unique solution for emotional well-being. Recently highlighted in national media, this machine is being described as a new-age wellness device designed to improve mental balance, reduce stress, and promote positivity in everyday life.

    What is the HappyMe Machine?

The “Happy Me Machine” is a non-invasive wellness device developed with the aim of enhancing a person’s emotional and mental state. Unlike traditional medical devices, it does not focus on treating illness but instead works on:

    • Improving mood

    • Reducing stress

    • Supporting mental relaxation

The idea behind the machine is simple:

When the mind feels better, overall life improves.

    How the Machine Works

As per available information, the machine uses a combination of modern techniques that may include:

    • Controlled sound and light-based stimulation

    • Relaxation-focused sensory environment

    • Neuro-calming patterns designed to reduce stress

These elements are designed to interact with the body’s natural system and help in calming the mind, improving focus, and creating a sense of inner balance.

The device is said to be easy to use, safe, and suitable for daily use, making it accessible for homes, offices, and wellness centers.

    Scientific Concept Behind It

The concept of the “Happy Me Machine” is based on established principles of mental wellness, such as:

    • Neuroplasticity – the brain’s ability to develop positive patterns

    • Stress response control – reducing stress hormones can improve overall health

    • Mind-body connection – better mental health leads to better physical and emotional outcomes

Globally, similar concepts are used in therapies like meditation, sound therapy, and relaxation techniques. The machine aims to combine these ideas into one practical solution.

    Claimed Benefits

According to early information and concept details, the machine may help in:

    • Reducing stress and anxiety

    • Improving sleep quality

    • Enhancing mood and positivity

    • Increasing focus and productivity

    • Supporting emotional stability

For many users, it can act as a daily support system for maintaining mental well-being.

    Recognition and Public Response

The innovation has started receiving attention from various sections of society. Sources indicate that Rekha Gupta has appreciated the initiative, highlighting the importance of such solutions in today’s stressful environment. Apart from this, several well-known individuals and professionals have also shown interest in the concept, praising its simple approach and focus on everyday happiness.

    Why It Matters Today

Mental stress is increasing across all age groups due to work pressure, digital overload, and lifestyle changes. However, access to proper mental health support is still limited for many people.

The “Happy Me Machine” offers a simple, non-medical and user-friendly option that people can easily include in their daily routine without complications. Experts believe that if the machine proves effective through further testing and wider usage, it could:

    • Expand into global wellness markets

    • Be used in corporate offices and institutions

    • Become part of regular lifestyle and self-care routines

This could position India as a growing leader in mental wellness innovation.

The “Happy Me Machine” represents a new way of thinking—focusing not just on curing problems, but on creating happiness before issues arise.

In a world full of pressure and challenges, such innovations remind us that:

Happiness is not a luxury, it is a necessity.

If successful, this Indian innovation could become a global symbol of positivity, balance, and modern wellness.

Firm, Fair and Disciplined: Noida District Excise Officer Subodh Kumar Srivastava Sets Benchmark in Governance

Noida/Gautam Buddh Nagar: District Excise Officer (DEO) Subodh Kumar Srivastava has built a reputation as a strict, disciplined, and action-oriented officer, winning praise from both residents and officials for his firm crackdown on illegal liquor trade and underage drinking in Gautam Buddh Nagar. His proactive initiatives are being seen as a model for effective excise administration.

    Crackdown on Underage Drinking

In a recent review of bars and pubs at Gardens Galleria mall, Srivastava made it clear that serving alcohol to patrons below 21 years will invite strict penalties. Bar owners have been directed to adopt rigorous ID checks, install clear signage, and ensure transparent billing. Surprise inspections are now routine to keep establishments compliant.

    Drive Against Spurious Liquor

To protect public health, Srivastava has launched a strong campaign against spurious and unsafe liquor. Raids on suspected shops have resulted in multiple seizures, and a toll-free complaint number has been issued for citizens to report violations confidentially. This step has reassured many families concerned about the dangers of illegal alcohol.

    Boost to Legal Licensing

The officer has also pushed for greater awareness of occasional bar licences for private parties. By engaging with RWAs and social organisers, his department has recorded a 40% rise in licences issued compared to last year, strengthening legal compliance and government revenue.

Local residents and business representatives have welcomed his approach:

    • “For the first time, we feel the excise department is working in the public’s interest. Action against spurious liquor has saved many lives,” said Rohit Sharma, a Noida resident.

    • “The new licensing push has made our work easier and legal. DEO Srivastava listens to concerns and also guides us properly,” said Amit Jain, a restaurant owner in Sector 18.

    • “Strict checks at pubs have made the environment safer for youngsters. Parents are relieved,” added Pooja Verma, a parent from Greater Noida.

Colleagues describe Subodh Kumar Srivastava as a no-nonsense officer who combines discipline with transparency. His leadership is credited with bringing both accountability and trust to excise operations in Noida. From fighting illegal liquor trade to ensuring fair practices in bars and promoting legal licensing, DEO Subodh Kumar Srivastava is setting a strong example of clean and effective governance. • Bihar Assembly Elections 2025: Narkatiaganj Takes Center Stage, Can Ritesh Pandey Become BJP’s Clean Alternate?

Bihar Assembly Elections 2025: Narkatiaganj Takes Center Stage, Can Ritesh Pandey Become BJP’s Clean Alternate?

Bihar Assembly Elections 2025; Narkatiaganj, West Champaran — As Bihar gears up for the much-anticipated Assembly elections slated for October–November 2025, the political atmosphere in Narkatiaganj has reached a heightened pitch. At the heart of this stirring local narrative is Ritesh Pandey, a dynamic aspirant known for his spotless image and grassroots social work. Hailing from Ramauli village, the son of former IAS officer and Former MLA Raghaw Sharan  Pandey, Ritesh presents a fresh face with a strong lineage; yet it remains unclear whether he will secure the coveted BJP ticket.

    Ritesh Pandey

Contesting for Clean Alternatives Among BJP Aspirants

The internal contest for BJP’s ticket in Narkatiaganj is shaping up to be multi-faceted. Alongside Ritesh, seasoned names like Rajan Mishra and former MLA Rajan Tiwari are also in the reckoning. Rajan Tiwari—once a powerful figure—publicly declared his intent to contest on a BJP ticket, raising the temperature of the competition. He asserted, “As surely as the sun rises in the east, I’ve resolved to contest from Narkatiaganj,” signaling his confidence and longstanding party loyalty.

While insiders confirm that Ritesh could emerge as a priority candidate for the BJP, party observers highlight his clean record, educated background, and impactful NGO and social outreach efforts—qualities that position him as a strong contender at a time when voters are increasingly seeking honest and effective leadership.”

    Ritesh Pandey

The 2025 Electoral Landscape: Voter Shifts and Caste Calculus

Narkatiaganj remains a General category seat, situated in West Champaran under Valmiki Nagar Lok Sabha segment In 2020, incumbent Rashmi Varma (BJP) won by over 21,000 votes, drawing 45.9% share against INC’s Vinay Varma with 33%  Yet by the 2024 Lok Sabha election, NDA’s lead in the segment slid to just around 7,035 votes—a sign of mounting electoral competition.

As per latest figures, the electorate has expanded from ~265,561 in 2020 to ~279,043 by 2024, with voter turnout consistently hovering above 60%, including 62.02% in 202. Crucially, Muslims constitute over 30% of voters, SCs around 15%, and STs about 1.5%  The rest of the electorate is a mix of upper castes like Rajputs and Bhumihars, plus Other Backward Classes—creating a complex caste arithmetic scenario.

    Ritesh Pandey

The Underlying Chessboard: Caste, Identity, and Political Current

Bihar’s politics continues to be dominated by identity politics, with caste arithmetic crucial to electoral outcomes. The established “Luv-Kush equation”—the alliance between Kurmi and Koeri castes—remains central to JD(U), while BJP largely leans on upper-caste (Rajput, Bhumihar) nationalism and development narrative.

Ritesh Pandey, with his elite Brahmin background, hopes to tap into upper-caste consolidation—but must also engage other communities across caste and religion. Given that identity drives outcomes even as development pressures rise, his ability to bridge divides will be critical.

Ritesh Pandey’s Strengths: Clean, Credible, Connected

    • Legacy and Governance Ethos: R. S. Pandey, once a respected IAS officer and Bagaha MLA, symbolizes integrity and public service. He later contested as an independent but lost—a nuance that adds to his principled profile.

    • Clean Image: Unlike many political aspirants, Ritesh stands out with no scandal history.

    • Social Footprint: His founding role in Valmiki Vikas Manch—establishing NGOs, running eye camps, COVID-19 relief, education for orphans, and disaster aid—cements his grassroots credibility.

    • Youth & Linguistic Edge: Educated, articulate, multilingual (Bhojpuri, Hindi, English, Bengali), and adventure-sport enthusiast—he appeals to modernizing youth.

    • Organizational Expertise: Earlier CEO of NEXT India Research Foundation (2017–2020), he demonstrated managerial acumen that complements political appeal.

The Stakes: Why Ritesh Could Outshine His Rivals

Rajan Tiwari, with a checkered past and strong local base, brings street-level muscle—but also historical controversies that may not align with BJP’s clean leadership vision. Rajan Mishra, similarly a seasoned leader, may split votes in forward castes.

In contrast, Ritesh personifies a new generational approach: blending clean governance style with solid social roots. With Bihar’s voters increasingly demanding transparency, development, and youth inclusion, his profile fits emerging expectations.

Broader Electoral Climate: Ideology, Alliances, and Youth Pulse

The 2025 Bihar poll will be  likely beginning in October–November, as per Election Commission projections. The NDA—comprising BJP and JD(U)—is expected to contest ~100–102 seats, with LJP and other allies sharing the rest.

Statewide, voters are grappling with unemployment, infrastructure deficits, youth engagement, migrant inclusion, and friction between development promises and entrenched caste dynamics. For aspirants like Ritesh, the ability to address both identity and development narratives will determine relevance.

    Is Ritesh Pandey the Future?

If the BJP seeks a clean, credible, and youth-oriented face in Narkatiaganj, Ritesh Pandey is a strong bet. His family legacy, untainted reputation, grassroots outreach, and modern appeal contrast sharply with established rivals like Rajan Tiwari, offering a strategic edge in a competitive seat with shifting margins.

However, the ticket remains uncertain. The party must weigh loyalty, winnability, and optics. If Ritesh secures the nomination and successfully navigates caste alliances and grassroots mobilization, he could redefine political expectations in the region.

As Bihar braces for its electoral turning point, the contest in Narkatiaganj stands out—not just for thick-ticket battles, but for the possibility of ushering in a new leadership style marked by transparency, service, and inclusive development.

     Challenges & Constructive Criticism
While largely praised, Prasad’s time as DCP Traffic in late 2023 drew criticism after mismanagement during the CPHI & PMEC Expo in Greater Noida. Heavy congestion and poor event logistics triggered complaints and his reassignment from the traffic post. Observers saw this as a wake-up call for better event-scale planning in the city. Another gap noted by civil society groups is his minimal digital and social media outreach—a growing requirement in the era of interactive governance and public policing. Prasad, however, is known to believe in “quiet execution over loud promotion.”

    🎓 Education & Siddharthnagar Roots
Born on 12 July 1977, Yamuna Prasad belongs to a Hindi-medium educational background. A native of Siddharthnagar, Uttar Pradesh, he holds

Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology & Political Science
Master’s in Modern & Medieval History
His academic foundation enables him to approach policing through a deep understanding of social behavior, conflict triggers, and historical context.

    IPS Yaumna Prasad, Measurable Impact
From a rural district on the UP-Nepal border to the nerve center of Noida’s law enforcement, IPS Yamuna Prasad embodies a quiet, result-oriented style of policing. Whether it’s cracking complex syndicates, reshaping internal command, or listening directly to citizens, his leadership reflects accountability, structure, and adaptability. Though areas like event management and digital visibility remain improvement points, his field operations, team management, and community credibility make him one of the most reliable and impactful police leaders in Uttar Pradesh today. As Noida continues its high-speed urban expansion, IPS Yamuna Prasad’s blend of grassroots understanding and executive-level command positions him well—not just as a DCP, but as a model for future urban policing in India.
